Final Instructions - Removal

Nothing will be permitted to leave the Exhibit Halls prior to 5:00 pm on Sunday. Please wait until the show has closed and attendees have cleared the building. For safety, vehicles will not be permitted in undesignated areas until after 5:00 pm. Roll doors will be open and exhibitors who can roll out or hand carry items will allowed to exit before large vehicles are allowed in the dock area.

Removal Hours:

Sunday– 5:00 pm –10:00 pm
Monday– 7:00 am to 12:00 noon

Security leaves at noon. All exhibits not completely dismantled by noon are subject to additional fees from the facility.

ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS MUST BE REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF BY THE EXHIBITOR OFF SITE. DO NOT LEAVE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDINGS
